I posted the other day that the founder of a coin mining company and website made me an offer on currency.tips, so I countered with a higher figure and he came back with $1000 and said that was the max he would do, I didn’t really want to sell it at this price point but I haven’t sold a new G yet and I wanted to break the ice so I accepted his offer, then he came back with “I’m not interested anymore sorry”, well neither am I sorry, I want $10k again, you can’t fire me I quit lol…
Here are the domain picks dropping on November 14th 2014:
AboutMyHome.com – South facing passive solar 2 story adobe with huge vigas
BestHomeCleaning.com – This would be my wife, definitely not me
Dom24.com – It’s amazing how many ****24.com names have sold for good money
FoodJam.com – Food and Music, sounds good to me
Lulia.com – Pronounceable 5L, it looks like a plant and a name
Miby.com – Interesting 4L, it’s a decent CVCV if you count the Y a vowel
PlusInvestments.com – Plus makes a better suffix but this is not bad
Premi.com – Another interesting 5L, $8.9k Estibot and lots of NJ bidders
SelectSports.com – Nice sports name, I see quite a few sites using the term
UsedCarsSale.com – Tons of ads, $8.1k Estibot value, reg’d in many extensions
WUSA.com – One of the better CVCV’s I’ve listed, probably won’t be cheap
Grommets.net
Rollbar.net
TopSecrets.org
Adolescence.me
Excessive.me
Cynthia.tv
Hefty.tv
SexAppeal.tv
Twerk.biz
Make sure you also check out Domain Shane’s Big List of names and Domaining.com for some other great domain blogs and domain name lists.
Domain of the day: ClearancePrices.com – Make me an offer!
Thanks for stopping by…
Mark, this sort of bait offering seems to be the new norm, had the same ish with a .academy domain offered $1,000, I countered at $5K, then he said let’s meet in the middle at $3,500, then he said sorry I can’t do it on their own offer.
I guess it is easy to be a big man over email, but when it is time to pull out the check book, and close the sale the real man comes out.
WUSA.com might come with a whopping UDRP, given that WUSA is a major market in Washington, D.C.

I’m not sure I would want to buy this trouble.
Besides, WSUX.com is better (LOL), which I own.
Thanks for pointing that out Jenny, it’s always good to do a little research before you invest in a domain.
Gannett has an old TM on WUSA for Nice class 38, and there are three recent TMs for classes 7.9 and 42, owned by a Chinese company. (Source: USPTO).
In Europe there are two more live TMs for classes 25,32,33,9,35,38,42.
IMHO it’s safe if you use it for a different class of products.
This is the “trouble” Jenny Lee was mentioning, see below:

A different use may be okay, but the way some of these UDRP decisions are going lately is troubling.
Buyers just need to be aware and think before spending big bucks on something that might be snatched away.
Also, once acquiring this to be sure that it’s not parked with a bunch of WUSA radio ads.
Depending on who catches the domain: this could go for BIG bucks.
Great comment enjoyed reading it thanks keep up great work and excell research
“I accepted his offer, then he came back with βIβm not interested anymore sorryβ
It’s one of lowballers tactics to get a fire-sale price, thinking that we are in a hurry to sell … hahaha, they are just pathetic … π
“Premi.com β Another interesting 5L, $8.9k Estibot and lots of NJ bidders”
Mark, “premi” in Italian means “prizes”, “awards”. π
It’s curious to see it was dropped by a Dutch multinational, DSM.
Wow, prizes/awards in Italian is huge, I am not too good with non-english terms, typical American…
Mark,
these people are everywhere.
These are people that don’t honor their word.
Scam of the earth.
My 2nd grade daughter was kicked out of a “private” and self proclaimed “elite” club…Banned!..She was hurt, but she ended up finding sincere, honest and caring friendships…Relationships based on truth, not secrets……Her happiness and success has never been better……..Yes, this comment has everything to do with domaining…..
Mining Company owner surely will comeback with better offers because currencytips.com is not available & seller must accept $10k + offers for aged domain.
DOD: BitcoinService.org
Way Too Easy to offer but even easier to say just changed my mind sorry there should be a list to name these people so the rest of us don’t waste time and money on them
My domain
Slze.com or dcks.com should have these people on it lol
