Happy New Year everybody, I can’t believe it’s 2015 already, time flies when your paying renewals doesn’t it? And speaking of renewals and flies, I am trying to figure out if I should start listing the new G’s when they start dropping like flies in a few months. Can I handle it? Are they worth listing? Should I post the premium pricing? These are some of the things I am contemplating. I am not as confident as Donut’s is when it comes to how many new G’s will get renewed, I am sure there will be lots of renewals but I have a feeling there will be lots of drops too.
Anyway my 2015 motto is “things go better with com”, now that’s catchy – and speaking of Catchy, Happy New Year Francois, thanks for Domaining.com…
Here are the domain picks dropping on January 2nd 2015:
BootCampSports.com – Sounds like torture to me…
DigitalNatives.com – $9k Estibot, lots of searches and reg’d in many extensions
EvergreenGardens.com – Sounds nice and there is a site using the dash
GayDatingChat.com – I am married so all I can do is chat about it lol
Hot-Milfs.com – And speaking of being married, here’s a plug for my wife
MedicalMafia.com – The folks that gave me the $20k helicopter ride to the hospital
MenWithHats.com – Not to be confused with the band Men Without Hats
MusicalU.com – It sounds like a music school to me
MyChap.com – I like “My” domains old chap
MySeco.com – Seco is a cute little town between Taos and Taos Ski Valley
Success-Story.com – A better success story would be getting w/o the dash
ValueReservation.com – Estibot doesn’t like it as much as I do

Thanks for stopping by…
Happy new year and a profitable one too mate looking forward to some great names and keep up great work
If you intend to sell GTLD’s, premium pricing has an overall affect on the domain, I remember realestate.expert coming with a $3,xxx per year renewal, overall it hurts the value of the domain having this renewal on it. This is something that has to be mentioned at least to a buyer for the sake of giving an example.
