I have been on sick leave, I promised my doc I would take it easy with my arm and I hated doing the left hand only typing thing so I just took the week off, it still hurts a bunch but it is healing up good so I think I am safe to start typing again.
The worst part about it all is the X-Ray’s of my lungs showed signs of emphysema, that’s not good, I didn’t feel like I had breathing problems but I am a smoker and since my broken neck wreck I haven’t been getting the exercise I used to so I basically just sit on this computer all day and smoke and that is not good, I need to be more like Shane now, running marathons.
So I am quitting smoking, easier said than done but I am good at discipline when things have to be done, and I have been walking, walking, walking my ass off for the last week, I ain’t going out with emphysema that’s for sure.
I should have probably quit smoking and exercised more before but I didn’t, I have been through so much crazy shit in my life I figured smoking was the least of my problems, to me I was doing good just not smoking crack so I didn’t really think about the tobacco much, anyway I’ll be quitting now.
In domain news I did make a few sales recently, I sold FragranceOutlet.com for $10k, Anthem.tv for $2500, Clique.tv for $3800, and a few .me for under $1k.

Great to see you back my dad was a smoker for many years until they told him they were going to cut both legs off in six months he quit walks and eats better still struggles bit had a 95 percent improvement and loving life with a new outlook best of luck mate but a more quality life is more important than any smoke
